Support Centre operated by NCD responds to queries from users 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In case of trouble, we accurately diagnose the cause and promptly respond to users by telephone guidance or remote control.
Since our staff members make the rounds, safety is ensured. This provides people in the city with comfortable use of a bicycle parking lot and leads to prevention of unwanted bicycle parking.
- Semi-annual inspection prevents failure.
- At the time of opening, we will dispatch our staff members to demonstrate to users how to use the equipment.
- We will remove abandoned bicycles and those that are left exceeding a certain time.
